Sushi for Lunchies! Ignore my sushi wrapping abilities. They may not look beautiful, but they taste beautiful. :)
I filled mine with brown rice, snap peas, and avocado.
Here is the recipe for the dipping sauce:
- -3 large spoons soy sauce
- 1 large spoon brown rice vinegar
- 1/2 spoon agave (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
Mix and enjoy! :)
