Sushi for Lunchies!  Ignore my sushi wrapping abilities.  They may not look beautiful, but they taste beautiful.  :)I filled mine with brown rice, snap peas, and avocado.Here is the recipe for the dipping sauce:  
-3 large spoons soy sauce
1 large spoon brown rice vinegar
1/2 spoon agave (or to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
Mix and enjoy! :)
